Step-by-Step Guide for New IXS KYC
Step 1: Access the IXS Platform
- Go to IX Swap.
- Click on "Launch App".
Step 2: Connect Your Wallet
- Connect your wallet (MetaMask or another trusted wallet).
- Ensure your network is set to ‘Polygon Network', then sign in and confirm your wallet.
Step 3: Add Your Personal Information
- Enter your personal information, including your name and email address.
- Enter the code sent to your email to complete the verification.
Step 4: Provide Your Secondary Contact Details
- You can choose to provide either your business address, business email, or Telegram handle.
- The system will send a verification code to your chosen contact method.
- Enter the code to complete the verification.
Step 5: Verify Your Documents
- Upload the required documents for verification.
- Submit either your Passport, Driver's License, National Identity Card or Residence Permit
- Take a selfie/liveliness test
Step 6: Start Investing
- After successful verification, you can now participate in the IXS Launchpad, DEX and enter the world of real-world assets.
Important Reminder: KYC Submission Guidelines
To ensure a smooth and quick KYC process, please make sure to:
- Submit a valid ID with a recent photo (avoid childhood photos).
- Include a clear, in-color selfie (many people miss this step).
- Ensure your ID is not expired.
- Avoid submitting photocopies, as they may cause issues in the system. If possible, please submit the original ID for faster processing.
All photos and IDs must be clear, legible, and in color (not black and white). Incomplete submissions may delay your KYC approval by 1-2 weeks. Only those who meet these requirements will be eligible for rewards.
