How does IXS Launchpad work for Investors?

What are the benefits of IXS Launchpad for Investors?

Deal Stages of the IXS Launchpad

In the Registration for Interest Phase, the "issuer," or deal owner, considers launching a campaign on the Launchpad to raise funds. The issuer introduces the deal on the IX Swap "Register for Interest" page. This page lets prospective investors browse opportunities and register their interest in specific ones.

They must complete the KYC process (for Launchpad transactions) and the investment amount in order to register. Once the Register of Interest phase and Pre-sale have passed, investors who did not get to participate in the first stages of the deal can do so during the Public Sale. Only if there is still allocation left from the Pre-sale.

Offerings on the IXS Launchpad go through several stages: Register to Invest, Pre-Sale, Public Sale, Closed, and Token Claim.

  1. Register of Interest: This stage is for Pre-Sale participants. Investors during this phase of the deal can register the amount they wish to invest during the pre-sale. Registration closes on a set date.
  1. Pre-Sale: After "Register of Interest,"  our pre-sale begins. Only investors who registered their interest can participate based on the amount they allocated during the Register of Interest phase. The Pre-Sale target, or closing date, concludes this phase.
  1. Public Sale: All KYC-ed users  can participate in this stage. When the financial target or closing date is met, this stage ends. The deal closes after the public sale.
  1. Token Claim: Investors can claim their tokens, representing their investment or original investment, in this final stage. Investors receive deal tokens in their digital wallets if the deal meets the "soft cap" and funds. If the deal doesn't hit the "soft cap," and is considered failed, investors can get their USDT back in the wallets they used on the IXS Launchpad.

If the funding round is successfully completed, IX Swap allows secondary trading of these real-world asset tokens, through the IXS DEX.
